DA BARNES GROUP is available to serve as your first line of support for all of our products.
* ONLIINE REMOTE SUPPORT - ATTENDED Powered by Mikogo
This is for attended remote support meaning that someone needs to be at your
computer to enable the initial connection.
For online remote support, you must be a DA BARNES GROUP customer but no
subscription is required for the Mikogo connection service.
Call DA BARNES GROUP Phone Support first to set up a trouble ticket, get the necessary "session ID" and a password. If you are not a customer, you may also use the Phone Support number to get set up as a customer in order to proceed.
ONLINE REMOTE SUPPORT - UNATTENDED
This is for either attended or unattended remote support. Unattended means that there is no need to have someone at the computer to enable the connection.
A software service subscription and a system setup is required for unattended remote support. We can accommodate your preferences. However, we find that RealVNC® offers a very good value for the businesses that we serve.

DA BARNES GROUP SERVICE BILLING POLICIES
Remote Support taking 5 minutes or less is not billed. Support greater than 5 minutes
will be billed in quarter hour increments at our "Off-Site Remote" labor rate.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, TRAINING and ON-SITE SERVICES
On-site services are billed in 15 minute increments with a one to three hour minimum depending on your distance from the DA BARNES GROUP office. Rates also vary according
to the type of service so Call or email to request our "Schedule of Standard Hourly Labor Rates".
