This is for attended remote support meaning that someone needs to be at your computer to enable the inital connection.

(You need to be a DA Barnes Group customer but no subscription is required of you for this service.)

ONLINE REMOTE SUPPORT - UNATTENDED

This is for either attended or unattended remote support. Unattended means that there is no need to have someone at the computer to enable the connection.

A software service subscription is required for unattended remote support. We can accommodate your preferences. However, we find that
RealVNC
® offers a very good value for the businesses that we serve.
